We're looking for someone to join us in our quiet Kelburn flat near Victoria University and Botanic Gardens. Flat was recently renovated, including new carpet and paintjob so looks great!
You'll take over my cozy middle room next to lounge/kitchen.
Rent is $210 + $25 weekly expenses so $235 all up. Really great price given the location.
Two bathrooms both have showers.
