The flat gets stunning views over Lyall Bay, and gets a lot of morning sun that fills the place with natural warmth & light. Awesome location that's walking distance to the Kilbirnie shops, a quick 5-minute drive to the supermarkets, and there are multiple bus routes right outside.
The lounge has a heat pump and big windows, making it a cozy spot to relax. There’s a big deck off the lounge and a smaller patio with a little garden adjacent to the front door.
The kitchen is super spacious with both electric and gas burners and lots of storage. The flat also has a washing machine, a shed for extra storage, and an off-road parking spot available.
The room is really spacious as it can comfortably fit a queen bed and comes with its own walk-in wardrobe, so you’ll have plenty of space to make it your own.
