2 Month Let.
My international student is flying home over summer and I have a granny flat available from 30 November to late January 2026. The unit has previously been styled as a large studio and a second bedroom, or else it could be more traditionally used as lounge dining in one room and a bedroom in the second room - up to you.
Its a great location on Exmouth road and a bus stop right outside. The space has your own kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, kettle, airfryer, toaster and your own bathroom. Also available are two single beds (one pops up to make a king bed), a large desk/table and a circular swivel couch.
It has its own sunny private courtyard and outdoor furniture. Own external gate and private exit. One of the beds having a third trundler under it which can pop up to make a king size bed.
