Move-in date: 5th September (could negotiate earlier).
Looking for a single person to fill a medium-sized, cosy room. The house is super nice, situated on a dead-end road, making it very peaceful. We have two snuggly cats, Ginger and Black.
The location is ideal, close to the CBD, just around the corner from the Rose Gardens, and a short 20 minute walk to Newmarket.
The house itself is very spacious, as is your room, with large living areas and massive storage. Street parking is available.
You’ll be sharing the space with two people, me and one more coming soon! I am in my early 30s, a Design Team Lead, often out and about either working or socialising, but when home I enjoy the occasional movie night, drinks, etc. Hoping to find the right match to complete our flat family.
The room is large enough to fit a queen bed or even a king. Utilities are not included.
