Description
We have a 4-bedroom house with 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms. Currently, there are two flatmates living here. Our third flatmate is moving out on 13/12/2025 after securing employment in central Auckland, which means one room will become available.
The new flatmate will share a bathroom and toilet with one other person. Cleaning of the shared bathroom/toilet will be shared between the two.
Rent includes all utilities — internet, electricity, and water. You’ll just need to arrange your own toiletries and food.
