One Fully Furnished Bedroom, in a fairly new house, completed and moved in, in December 2020. The room's have a single bed, and a desk, and a built in wardrobe, with full length mirror. The rent of $180.00 dollars per week, per room, plus share winter power use, unlimited internet, and as earlier stated, one fully furnished room in a new house, shared shower room, with heat lamps, and a shower dome over the shower. We are about a ten minute walk from the Hornby Mall, not far from the University of Canterbury, and also not far from Christchurch International Airport. We are seeking either a Student, or a Professional Person, or a Working Person, either Male or Female, Preferably a Christian, for a very Quiet living house.
