The Room: (fully furnished or not) It’s a comfy spot on the first floor with a built-in wardrobe and a sliding door that opens to a balcony where you can chill and catch the sunset. There’s also an extra storage for anything you need to stash away.
Our Place: We’ve got a bright, spacious home with plenty of room to relax after a long day. Here’s what makes it special:
Kitchen & Living Space: The kitchen has its scullery area and a gas cooktop, connecting to an open dining/living space that leads out to a sunny deck and a garden in the back.
The Extras:
- Secure server room, central alarm, and Wi-Fi extenders on each floor so you’ll never have internet issues (it’s Max Fiber Plus with Norton antivirus).
- Fully decked out with a 75” TV, home theatre, all the streaming, plus karaoke and Xbox Kinect for some fun nights in.
- A mini “gym,”, and two spare toilets for when you need a bit more room.
- Location-wise, we’re less than 5-minute drive from motorways, shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and Onehunga Mall, plus Taylors Bay is only a 1-minute walk away.
A Bit About Us: We’re a pretty chill household that loves cooking, gaming, and the occasional movie night together in the living room. Into sports too. We’re big on martial arts, running, gym, pilates, swimming and etc... We’re not a party house, but we like having friends and family over now and then.
Meet Spicksy, you must like dog! Our little 6-year-old Pomeranian, she's so sweet, super friendly, and very well-behaved. So if you’re a dog lover, you’ll get along just fine!
Move-In Details: Available from 19, but if you need to come a couple of days early, you’re welcome to crash as our guest. Bond: $530
