Description
House is situated down a long driveway adjacent a farm for peace a quite, neighborhood is very quite and humble.
The house is well insulated, the shower has great pressure, dishwasher (my favourite appliance cause who likes doing dishes haha), there is a raised garden which you can have a go at if you have a green finger, lawns are very minimal, been a very secure home over the 14 years I've lived here.
The cost includes ultra fast fibre internet (great for gaming/streaming if thats what you're into), power (standard use), water, cleaning products, toilet paper etc just buy your own food/toiletries.
Couples will be considered at an extra $70/week. Another cat would also be considered with a inclusive pet bond - must be able to eventually go outside if no one is home once it gets use to the place that is. NO DOGS!!
Smokers are OK but outside only (does not mean you can smoke from your bedroom window)
Bond will be 2 weeks rent and rent will be 1 week in advance (Paid weekly). A contract will be written up for both parties peace of mind.
Looking for someone who brings good vibes to the flat, isn't excessively rowdy (not a party house), is on par with paying bills on time, knows how to keep generally clean and tidy etc. Would also prefer someone who is looking for long-term accommodation but might consider short-term within reason.
