Great sized bedroom in a family home available to rent. Large wardrobe.

Can come furnished with a single bed if required, or completely empty ready to move your own furniture in.

To share with myself (the owner of the home) and my 6 year old son (who is there 4 nights per week). There is also a 36 year old male who is in a cabin at the front of the property. You will be sharing a bathroom with him only.

We have a friendly Labrador dog and two cats. So hopefully you like pets! Don't worry the dog doesn't go near the bedrooms and is mostly outside or in the kitchen / dining room.

This house would suit a female who is working full time and likes to do your own thing outside of work eg go to the gym, travel or relax in your own company in your room.

We sometimes socialise altogether in the weekends, however during the week I like to do my own thing and spend time 1:1 with my son when he is there.

Looking for someone who is quiet, clean, tidy and happy to help out around the house.
