Looking for flatmates to share our home in Halswell. We have two identical double bedrooms available now - in a tidy, warm home close to knights stream school, bus routes, parks, and cafes(walking distance)??

Modern home with a spacious open-plan living. Fully fenced private backyard with an outdoor deck- perfect for relaxing.

Rooms come with brand new queen size bed and mattress. Generously sized and sun-filled, with a nice beautiful view.

Built-in wardrobe and plenty of power points. $220/week for a single(WiFi included) + power. Power - split evenly across everyone. Bond is 2 weeks rent.

We're a couple in our early-30s both working full time, we're friendly, clean, and easy-going. We enjoy good food, a mix of social and quiet nights, and keeping a warm, respectful home. We're ideally looking for flatmates who are quiet, reliable, considerate, and easy to get along with??.

Shared bathroom and two separate toilets. street parking available.

Ideal Flatmates: Working professionals or mature students (20s-30s). singles only no couples and pets sorry.
