Description

One room available to rent in a small new build. The house is fully insulated, double glazed and has a heatpump (with cooling options). The house includes all the mod-cons, including fiber, a small bath, and a sunny deck. The room is 2.7m x 4m, and has high ceilings, so feels larger than the floor area indicates. It is the northern bedroom with one north and one east facing window, so gets plenty of sunlight and is warm and dry. The house is across the road from Stokes Valley pool and village. There is an off-street carpark available.

The room is unfurnished, all other rooms are fully furnished, and there is limited storage space available outside of the bedroom. I can provide a wardrobe if you want one, but will hold off purchasing anything until I know what is needed. I have put in blinds to the room.

I have a very lazy greyhound, who will not do well with other pets, but is otherwise generally calm and well behaved. She will not jump on you or damage your things, she will probably ignore you and sleep most of the time.
