Description
Our Flatmate is moving in with his Partner so we have an ensuite room thats become available . Located just off chapel road, within walking distance to botany town centre, bus stop a few meters away makes getting around easy. House is only a few years old, which makes for very comfortable living all year round. Looking for someone respectful and who keeps the place clean . We're all easy going guys and get along well,we always have time for a chat. Cleaning roster is rotated weekly between the 5 of us. Makes it easy and doesn't take up too much time.
