Single room, fully furnished with king single size bed, study desk, in-built shelving (convertible to wardrobe) with beddings is available in 5 Bedroom house. House is warm, sunny and very cosy - located in a quiet Cul-de-sec street. It is within 10 minutes driving to town. It has a panoramic sea view. There are two TV's set (at a lounge and dining rooms). There are three heat pumps, 4 toilets and two shower rooms. If you need to use bus to go to town, it takes 5-10 minutes to walk. You will be shared with three friendly girls (Otago students and professionals) in mid 20-s and one male student in late 20-s. It is preference for male student or professionals, age from 22 to 35, because this room is small.
