Female flatmate wanted who would love to live right by the ocean in beautiful Maraetai.
Looking for this special person who’s happy to live in the flat by themselves for the first 3 months and pay a little extra:
- $350 per week (including bills) for the first 3 months
- Once the other flatmate returns, rent reduces to $225 per
week, including bills (might need to pay a little extra in the wintertime)
