Looking for a flatmate in our sunny place in Otumoetai!
Currently myself and another guy in our early/mid 20s both in the construction sector. We’re both into fitness and the gym. We enjoy catching up when we’re both around but also enjoy keeping to ourselves
$250/week includes the room, firewood for winter and lawns. We just split power, wifi and water as needed.
Pretty well set up with appliances, furniture etc, you will just need to furnish your room.
The bedroom is decent size and has built in shelving and drawers in the wardrobe. Nice outdoor area for the occasional bbq/drinks.
