Looking for a “long term”, stable, “mature”, working flatmate with own transport, to share our home on a lifestyle block, just 15 min drive from Hastings, on SH 50, at Maraekakaho. We’ve loads of parking, with awesome views over vineyards, the Ngaruroro river, the ranges & towards Hastings & Napier.

This renovated room is semi-furnished with wardrobe, dresser & 2 side tables, plenty of double power points. It’s carpeted, nice & bright & gets the afternoon sun. Also has a connection to the sky dish but you’ll need your own decoder. Own bed required. Room measures 4.5m x 5.5m.

$250/week plus power & internet. Sharing with 5 other adults.

The living space is huge, even better with the expansive front deck to relax or cook a bbq. Views toward the city lights of Hastings, but without the city noise. Lawns & gardens are maintained by the 2 head tenants, as is “most” of the cleaning “except” the flatmates’ bedrooms & bathroom.

Property is managed by a rental agency, so quarterly checks are undertaken. To be considered, please tell us a bit about yourself.

Initial costs are $250 rent paid 1 week in advance plus $250 as a bond.
