I am looking to fill this sun-drenched room with harbour views. Located on Taranaki Street, Wellington, right by Cuba Street and just a few minutes away from the supermarket. Right by the harbour for a nice walk in the sun. This is a modern, well-equipped two-bedroom apartment, so you will be living with just me. This is a spacious 10th-floor apartment (second to top floor). Rent is $350 plus expenses. I am looking for someone who is very clean and tidy. This is not a party flat, but rather a nice, quiet place to come home to and relax. This apartment has harbour views from your bedroom, the lounge and the dining room. The apartment has a washer/dryer. The living areas are fully furnished. I have added photos of the space with furniture, but this is not the actual furniture that will be in the apartment. There is a large closet in your bedroom with shelving and lots of sections for hanging clothes. There is also a dishwasher. There is a balcony that overlooks the whole city.
