Hey! Looking for a friendly, tidy, employed, and reliable flatmate to share my mid-sized home with. Build in 2009, the place is super sunny (North East), warm, quiet, and made of brick and tile.
I'm really easy going, and I love cooking so if you're not so keen on it, I'm happy to cook for both of us.
There's gated parking for you, and a sense of privacy. The eighbourhood is very quiet and close to town, Brougham St and major city attractions (5 min drive to new stadium).
