The room is large, warm, and filled with natural afternoon sunlight—perfect for relaxing or studying. It comes with a generous built-in wardrobe, giving you plenty of space. The room is current unfurnished, but can be furnished with a bed, beside table and desk.
You’ll have off street parking in the garage alongside plenty of storage available.
You’ll be living with four easygoing flatmates in their mid-20s—two students and a couple who are working professionals—who enjoy a relaxed and respectful home environment.
Power + Internet are split between everyone each month. We have free power between 9pm and midnight on weeknights.
The house is in a great location, walking distance to Riccarton mall, close to the university, and Hagley Park. There are also excellent cycleways nearby, making it easy to get around.
