Halswell, Christchurch City, Canterbury

Hi flat-hunters, We are looking for a single person to fill a furnished double room in Halswell, just up the road from the Quarry. It has a double bed at the moment, and will come with a bedside table and/or set of drawers too The room is 2.7m x 2.7m, and has a built in double wardrobe. The house is new, warm, and has lots of street parking right out front. Rent is $190 per week, plus $30 for bills (power/fiber internet/water/cleaning supplies, TP etc) I am a 36 year old Customs officer (Male) so it goes without saying that this is a drug free house. And as much as I enjoy the occasional drink and BBQ, I am also looking for people who have put their party days behind them as I consider this a home rather than a flat. The other flatmates are a 30 year old kindergarten teacher, and a 29 year old pro rugby player (both female). There is also a furry flatmate called Yetta (known as Yetti), who is a 4 year old Labrador.
