Description
We have 1 or 2 rooms available in our sunny and modern 3 bedroom house in Avondale. Built in 2016 and owned by 2 brothers 30 and 27. We enjoy sport, bit of gaming, cooking, being social but also time to ourselves.
We have a great quiet street,right behind a golf course, 5 mins from The Palms & Eastgate malls, 5 mins to New Brighton Beach, or under 15 mins to the city. We are in a good spot.
We are ideally looking for someone similar in age, tidy and willing to help maintain cleanliness, reliable with payment and ideally 6+ months commitment.
