Description
On the lookout for a fun and social flatmate to join me in my new home. The house is located in Belfast, and a few minutes drive from the Northern Motorway. Super sunny and warm house and only myself and my dog to share it with.
There's plenty of off-street parking and access to a garage for extra storage if required. The house has been newly renovated and has an HRV system and heatpump to keep us toasty warm in winter. The house is furnished except the bedroom, which comes unfurnished. The bedroom itself is the master room, west facing, and has space for a queen bed, bedside tables, and two sets of drawers. It has a single wardrobe with a storage space above. Bathroom and common areas are shared.
I'm a 30 year old female working in the wine industry, who likes the outdoors, movies and cooking. I work full time monday-friday (mostly) and travel regularly for work. Ideally you'd be a social female around a similar age and working full-time, but I'm openminded and happy to extend beyond this if you think you'd be a good fit. Reach out via text please.
