House is nicely furnished and has two heat pumps/air conditioning units (one upstairs and one downstairs), plus additional gas heater downstairs. Kitchen has electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and walk-in pantry. The garage has a laundry cove with current tenants washing machine and dryer, and two extra fridge/freezers.
No smokers, no pets and no house parties please.
