Description
A sunny room at our flat of working professionals is now available for rent. We are looking for a considerate, sociable individual who is preferably a worker or a postgraduate student. You will live in a modern, furnished home with double insulation for the windows and a West-facing lounge and living area. We are IT workers and a professional caregiver. This means that we are not a party flat and require reduced noise from 10 PM on a nightly basis. While we typically handle our own meals, we also enjoy the occasional shared flat dinner and joint outing.
