It's a large, modern and well-appointed house with a diverse crew: a couple of us Kiwis, some Saffas, one each from China, India and Chile.
You get your own heat pump which is likely to get more use in summer than winter because of the double glazing/good insulation. Easterly aspect so you get morning sun and also to see the moon a fair bit :)
