Fairfield Lodge is affordable, friendly, clean and central. Located just 2 minutes’ walk from the nearest bus stop, 5 minutes from the supermarket, 8 minutes from the train station and 10 minutes from the CBD, saving time and fuel costs and making it ideal for city workers, students, or anyone new to Wellington. Street coupon parking is also available directly outside.

Facilities include individual room heating and unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi, plus a 24-hour on-site manager and excellent security. Communal areas are cleaned daily including three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with five fridges, microwaves, rice cookers, personal food cupboards and a laundry with a free washing machines.

Outside, there’s a sunny private garden with seating, a clothesline, and shared vegetable patch. Fairfield Lodge has been fully insulated according to the Healthy Homes Standards.
