Description

I have multiple people emailing me daily about the building. Here's where Im at with it.

Im opening it soon as a Garage Sale shed to move some of the contents on from. Im aiming to install a bigger water tank.

I've had rocks placed out front to stop the boy racers smashing the ranch slider windows again. Broken door glass is being replaced.

The clearlite in the roof and spouting along one side is being replaced this week (16 Dec 2020)

Inside pictures were taken (2013) but they give you a pretty good idea of the space, The red iron beams on the floor are the ends of the hoist.

3 phase power.

RDC Council and Horizons rates come to approx. $1500 a year.

The property is zoned Residential. Building type Industrial-Light Manufacture-provincial.

Total area in the title is 223m2

I had the area of paper road graded recently as per new pics, that has been used by the businesses in the building for over 100 years.

The smaller picture shows a red outline which is the property listed. The building does not sit over into the neighbors land as the outline shows.

There is a shop section at the front, a concreted workshop section in the middle and a storage area at the rear of the building that requires a new floor.

Mezzanine floor above the shop part, there is half a pit and a hoist that requires a compressor to run.

Kitchen has a zip and kitchen sink, there is a small water tank on the side of the building, and a header tank on the mezzanine that supplies cold water to the sink.

There is no bathroom.

No toilet You would install a composting toilet. Its 2020 come on ( for all the people who cant think in that dimension and keep sending questions re septic tanks....)

The building is currently full and Id need to buy a couple of shipping containers to be able to move out at any kind of pace. Im currently working toward doing this over the coming summer.
