Purchase price of $140,000 includes an undivided share in the camp ground, with exclusive use rights over site A14. The price also includes all chattels.
You are entitled to unlimited stays in the camp, but it cannot be your permanent residence.
Annual levy for the site is $3869 incl. GST.
