I have car parking for 2 cars in front of me - 1 under a carport and 1 open air

I have a shared garden shed and my own washing line

I'm one of four units on the property and there is a lovely community feel with the other tenants

I love cats and dogs. I even have a cat door.

Smoker are OK

I'm close to public transport - the Avondale Train Station is just a few minutes walk

I'm just around the corner from the lively Avondale shops and cafes and Avondale Sunday Market

I'm only 3 minutes drive from the Mt Albert PAK'nSAVE

5 minutes drive from New Lynn Mall

The Avondale Library is just across the road

5 minutes to the motorway at the end of Rosebank Road

Close to all the Avondale College, Avondale Intermediate School, Avondale Primary School

10 minutes drive to Unitec

If you are the lucky one, 2 weeks rent in advance ($900) as a deposit is required to so you can have me

The bond is 4 weeks rent - $1800

You will be responsible to pay for power, internet and the non fixed water charges.
