Outdoor fireplace and deck so you can warm after spa or just watch the children while you stoke the bbq and sip red wine! 2 Queen beds and one king-single. Suitable for family filling in while looking for a home, contract workers, professionals in neighbourhood...we have hosted all of those! Quiet neighbourhood. We live upstairs but don't mind noise below! Except wild parties! Only electric heater but warms the place. Smoker welcome but must smoke on deck. Just had a family of 5 rent for 6 weeks and their feedback was "This place has been fantastic. We have really appreciated it."
