Nelson North. Organic permaculture lifestyle block, within 15 minutes of Nelson centre. Small (actually tiny), well-built secluded cabin, with separate bio toilet block, and deck. There is no extra storage.
Suit single person committed to organic eco-minded living only, to share our permaculture food-forest vision. Starseed lightworker with both feet on the ground. Nice if you are a gardener-landscaper keen on growing food, to possibly exchange some rent for help with the land. Ongoing tasks would include scrub-cutting, vege growing, tending to fruit trees, mowing etc.
Security deposit required. Power, gas etc costs by tenant. Email enquiries only please.
Sorry, absolutely no smoking and no pets of any kind. Single person only. Not suitable for kids or entertaining. Rate is for long term only, single person. Car needed.
