This fully self-contained and beautifully appointed cottage is set down a private, secluded driveway only a 5-minute walk from one of NZ's idyllic and safest beaches. Relax on the patio, private courtyard and soak up the sun and birdsong or stroll to the beach to enjoy the many features that Kapiti has to offer. Local cafes, shops and the Waikanae railway station are a short drive away.
It has a fully equipped kitchenette, including convection microwave, induction hotplates, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a smart TV, high quality queen bed/mattress, 2 sofas (one of which is a sleep sofa) and a laundry area. The patio area has a BBQ and table and chairs for 4.
The cottage is double glazed, fully insulated and enjoys all day sun.
The asking rent includes unlimited wifi, free Netflix and Apple TV, rubbish collection and hot water heating (infinity).
The property is not suitable for children or pets.
