We have two "114 sqm, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom" relocatable homes for sale. These have been built by our students to a high standard and comply with all building regulations, signed off by council etc. Please note, the houses do not come with interior fitouts including kitchen, bathroom, flooring, painted walls - this work will need to be completed by the new home owner. These houses are located at our Tauranga Windermere campus and are all ready to be bought and moved.

Update: we are currently constructing more of these that will be completed later in the year. We will have one each at the Whakatane, Rotorua, and Tokoroa campuses and two more at ourTauranga campus. The price for these is yet to be determined but will be more than the current price advertised.
