Archie is a proven purebred golden retriever stud dog. He loves the water, hiking, and attending local golden retriever meet-ups. He is a tall boy and golden in colour, we constantly get comments about his magnificent looks and impressive size from strangers.
Archie has had his hips and elbows x-rayed via an ANKC report with great results. He has had his DNA sample tested via Orivet in Australia, his results clear him of all hereditary and genetic diseases (including Ichthyosis, which commonly affects golden retrievers). His Orivet DNA test confirms he is a 100% purebred Golden Retriever. Archie has also had his semen sample examined with results that wowed the vets, with a writeup as “one of the best we have ever seen”. Archie has produced large & healthy litters.
Archie has a chilled out temperament, he is confident, and absolutely loves dogs, people and kids. Archie’s temperament and looks seem to carry on to the beautiful puppies he produces. We have had some of his puppies sold for therapy purposes, and have had exceptional feedback from past litters.
The stud fee will be the agreed price of one puppy. There is no stud fee if no puppies result from a mating, and no payment until puppies are born. We are experienced with breeding so are more than happy to help you along the way before and after the puppies arrive.
We live on a large lifestyle property in Tauranga. We are experienced in boarding dogs so, if required, can easily accommodate your girl's stay with us free of charge; she will feel right at home. Our beloved Misty just had a stunning Litter of 9 and the two personalities have led to amazing intelligent , therapy/Mobility puppies that are hitting their milestones early and being cuddle bugs to all .
