Planning a new home, renovation, extension or looking at buying off the plans?

Construkt Architects offers a professional floor plan review service. For $250 per floor plan, we review your house layout and provide clear, practical design feedback before you commit to building, consenting, pricing or purchasing.

This service is useful if you want a second opinion on whether a plan actually works well in everyday life.

We can review:

New house plans Renovation and extension layouts Builder or group home plans Concept plans from a designer Pre-purchase plans Developer house types

Our feedback may cover:

Room sizes and usability Too much hallway or wasted circulation space Better furniture layouts Window and door placement Natural light and outlook Indoor/outdoor flow Kitchen, bathroom and laundry planning Storage opportunities Privacy between rooms Entry, garage and service areas General layout improvements

You will receive mark-ups or comments where helpful. The aim is to give you useful design advice early, before changes become expensive or difficult.

This is not a full architectural design service, building consent review, structural review, planning assessment, fire report, weathertightness review or NZ Building Code compliance report. It is a professional design review of the floor plan only.
