What wonderful service! I was hacked yesterday and a number of my accounts compromised. Wonderful Wayne sorted it all out today and spent over an hour with me checking settings and resetting passwords. He also set up Bitwarden for me and said to call if I had any more problems. I hadn't been home long when I did have a problem, called Wayne and he talked me through it. Turned out to be a minor hiccup. But apart from his skill that man has the patience of a saint! Highest recommendation A++++

Great service - very efficient and professional. My 7 year old Apple iMac was very slow and replacing the hard drive has made it very speedy - its like a new computer. Highly recommended.

A BIG THUMBS UP to Computer Help Christchurch - my usual Provider had unfortunately closed down so due to a recommendation I went to CH - and I'm so pleased I did. Their communication and obvious computer expertise is excellent, and their pricing is very competitive. Plus, being an 'older person' they talk my language i.e. I'm not a 'tech' person, so that's important to me to understand what's going on but without the 'tech' language. A positive experience indeed - I thoroughly recommend CH.

I've been to Computer Help NZ in the past and even though my computer was beyond being able to be repaired that time round. I remembered how fast and easy it was to get help from Computer Help NZ so I went straight back to them with my current computer and once again found the lady at the front desk so lovely, personable and smiley. Service was friendly and helpful with a real understanding of the importance of having my laptop back a.s.a.p. I was kept in the loop the whole time and they sorted the problems in a very short time even after realizing that there were more and bigger problems than what was anticipated. I couldn't access my camera video after picking up my laptop so I returned it and within 2 hours it was ready for pick-up and I was even rewarded with an apology gift for having to take the laptop back for that

Efficient and friendly service. I was clearly informed of the estimated final repair costs before the staff undertook the repair. They called me back as soon as my computer was ready to be collected.

Bought in a 5 year old Dell which had stoped working, it was slow for a long time. Computer help put in a new hard drive and cleaned up the system and it works great now. Was not overly expensive. Will bring any future computer needs to them again.

I was very happy with the visit from Chris as he explained all he was doing to my computer and asked if I had any specific things he needed to look at. These guys were genuinely really helpful. From the moment I sent them an email enquiring if they would be able to help me, they sent back a fast and detailed reply stating what they thought the problem may be and how to fix it. They gave clear information, an accurate quote and explained it all in words I understand (I’m not technologically minded at all!). Super helpful and fast turn around and now my laptop now runs like new. Have recommended them already to friends and will continue to do so!

When my daughter dropped her laptop I wasn’t sure if it could be repaired. Finding computer help online with all the answers I needed. Dropped it off and got call 2 days later of cost and when it would be ready was great. Good job done.

Amazing customer and tech service .Explain "techy " information in plain English for those of us that struggle with technology . Staff are friendly, keep you informed , arrive at the time that has been arranged and treat you as customers used be treated , with respect , courtesy and honesty . I appreciate the prompt service. Most important I never feel as if I am an idiot when I don't understand what has happened to my computer. I also appreciate the reasonable cost of getting work done. I like that the receptionist remembers me, that I am a client and greets me in a friendly manner.

I can´t lie, I was totally doubtful of the service that Computer Help NZ was going to offer when I brought my precious iMac last Friday morning. The keyboard and mouse didn´t connect to the CPU and I was afraid something bad had happened. They were friendly and helpful. Really liked how they made it clear from the get go their expectations on their level of service and cost. Ie said that if it would be more than 'x' amount they would ring first and ask to proceed. Then a few a days after I picked up my PC I got a follow up call to see if everything was ok. Was blown away. Great SERVICE HIGHTLY RECOMMEND!!!

Cause more issues than they fix no follow up service they do not stand by their work or their mistakes . I get impression they have no clue on the industry they work in .. save yourself the stress and stay clear of these amatures
