Jimmy and his working partner were great at their moving furniture service. They were very quick, careful with the furniture to avoid damage and also assessing professionally sizes and corners to avoid damage to the walls. Just great. Our new accommodation was up 2 flights of stairs, which my partner and I both made explicitly clear when getting a quote. The quote included extra for stairs, and we accepted. On the day, the 2 men were only interested in getting things done quickly. All furniture, our new walls/the stairs were chipped/dented in the move, then we were told to pay an extra $50 for the stairs despite the agreed price including stairs. We couldn’t get hold of Jimmy to contest. I would not recommend their service.

Had a sizable glass fronted piece of furniture to go from one side of Auckland to another then ultimately to a 2nd floor apartment. Jimmy arranged for Jeremy & Vaughan to do it...they arrived ahead of schedule, loaded it on the truck, arrived at the destination, planned their route up the stairs, did the lift and sited the piece in the apartment. Jimmy and his team are such amazing. They are a such efficient mover I never met. To be honest, when Jimmy told me they can finish my move within 2 hours, I had no expectations. However, they were very quick and efficient. Some of the boxes I even can’t lift up one, the gentleman can lift 3 or 4 in one go. They finally finished my job on time and I hardly to find any damage on my belongings and my house. Highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good moving company.
