Absolutely amazing service. Easy correspondence for setting up the moving date. Good clear communication throughout the process. Super efficient in every respect. Takes really good care of all furniture and knows how to deal with elevators in an efficient way when dealing with an apartment move. I have used 5Star Movers twice now and fully recommend them. I will definitely use 5Star Movers again next time I have to move.

Alan and his mate were absolutely amazing from the word GO. They were on time and quick to load the furniture etc. We had our 2 kids who were being kids!!!! but they were kind to them and answered all their questions. These guys were fast, reasonably price and nothing was too difficult for them. This is what you would call "A Service With A Smile" 5 *****'s all the way.

5 stars for customer service for sure! Unfortunately I cannot rate the moving service as I was due to move when lockdown started. However, Alan was brilliant and understanding when I had to make last minute changes and cancellations. If I move again in the future I would totally return to this company purely as they seem honest and human and look after their customer!

I used 5 Star Movers to move from a flat to a house.Great to deal with, really friendly, easy to schedule move time with. Turned up exactly on time as scheduled. They were really careful with my belongings and used blankets to protect my furniture, everything was strapped in well and secure in the truck. Highly recommend!

I've seen movers expressing their frustration when they had to move furniture up and down the stairs but these guys just came in with so much positive energy! Will definitely recommend them

Fantastic Movers. Alan and his helper are strong guys. Shifted a commercial gym for me as part of the house shift. No damage to any furniture. Lots of the heavy items had to be carried up 3 floors. Punctual, honest and reliable. Would definitely use again. A+++

Awesome service. Trying to find a good moving company that isn't dodgy or overpriced pretty stressful, but I had nothing to worry about with these guys. Alan showed up on time, the truck was clean and carpet lined with straps to hold my furniture in place. The whole move went very swiftly without a problem. Great price, great service.
