He did an awesome job and I found out the the 2 business that I have used in the last 2 years have ripped me off and not actually cleaned the system as required. Great Job Ross - very professional explained exactly what he was going to do. The Heat Pump looked clean on the outside but was amazed by the amount of mould that can accumulate inside the unit and with the flushing system A1 use the ugly colour of what was flushed out. Heat Pump definitely running a lot more efficent now.Get a professional in and get the job done right.

Also considerate with chemicals around children / pregnant ladies, informing us of what the service would involve and ensuring we were out of "breathing" range.
