g***9 (6 Thursday, 15 April 2021In response to your response ,The only time anyone contacted me was after i made contact for the 5th time , requesting payment, I paid in full 9 weeks earlier, I had to contact them to correct their error,and they were to advise re delivery which they didnt, the tank just arrived ? luck have it I was here to receive it, I would have cancelled except this tank was the largest capacity and its physical dimentions that would fit within the confined space.Their delays stalled construction
g***9 (6 Wednesday, 14 April 2021Having to pay at time of order including freight,told would be 3-4 weeks and after contacting them was given many excuses they then wanted proof of payment before i picked up? then they had delivery issues, said would advise when they would deliver,it then arrived unanounced .9 weeks from ordering,5 weeks late????????? I had to contact them ,they did not contact me,no communication ,poor service would not use them again...
Trader responded Thursday, 15 April 2021We do our very best to supply and deliver as soon as possible at the very best of Quality and Value but sometimes such as this time with this customer, there were problems that caused delays in both manufacturing and delivery. No need to go into what the issues were but would like to say that I personally have spoken to the sales team and have been assured that we did keep in touch with the customer whom appeared to be ok with the situation.
