After nearly ten years with Martin since age five, he is an exceptional musician and teacher, and being his student has been one of the best opportunities of my life. Patient, caring and highly skilled, he adapts to every student, notices the finest details and explains them without overwhelming you. He truly knows and cares about each student. His waitlist shows how highly regarded he is and is worth enquiring. Everything others have praised about him I stand by and I'm sure others would agree.

It's been over 10 years since I had my last piano lesson with Martin but I thought I'd chime in to say what a brilliant and patient tutor he is for students of all levels. He taught me the skills and methods of learning piano the I still use to this day (10 years after seeing him). If I was ever to take up lessons again, I would absolutely go with Martin. 100% recommended!

Martin is an amazing musician and teacher. He has the gift of perfect pitch, which few musicians possess. This is a rare auditory phenomenon characterized by the ability of a person to identify or re-create a given musical note without the benefit of a reference tone. I also am a qualified piano teacher and I don't possess this gift. I thoroughly recommend Martin as a gifted musician and teacher.
