Vincent and his team installed our fence over a year ago and made a great job. Unfortunately in the weekend some drunk people decided to swing on it, and pulled it apart. From my apprentice trade days my motto has always been " if a job is worth doing then its worth doing properly" Vincent and his team lived up to this. First up Vincent showed us some gates he had built for other people in the area. He was great at helping us choose the right colour. Always responded and communicated well.

I thought I'd wait a while before doing a review, just to see how good the quality was. Unfortunately within 4 months some of it started to rust, I contacted him July last year, he said he would have a look at it, 13 emails and 6 months later he still hasn't been back to fix it. "Too busy" "It's raining" and ït's only a small job- don't worry" are some of the replies I've had. Vincent you were fantastic to start with, it's a pity you've done this to your reputation. Quite sad really

This trader may manufacture and install an excellent product but their communication is terrible. If you are unable to talk to this trader, and want a quote by email then it will be less frustration if you just chose another trader.

We ordered 2 alluminium louvre gates from Vincent and were extremely happy with the end result. Our property is on quite a steep slope but this wasn't a problem for Vincent, he was very easy to deal with and always responded quickly when I contacted him with a question. The cost was also a big factor and was half that of other quotes we received. I would definitely recommend Vincent if you are looking to purchase new gates.
