Great trader, quality electrical products and happy to give advice. I have their E2 Nomad deep cycle battery for solar that also can start my backup generator with its 400cca output. Use the solid copper crimp on 6mm2 cable MC4 connectors it's worth the extra cost vs cheap connectors listed elsewhere.

Bought a 2500 watte nomad inverter off you 6 years ago,its now faulty,and I cant get any sense out yr company,or even if its fixable. Its now outputting 200v ac,and electrical repair shops dont want to know. So had to buy another one,from another company

My Nomad 600 invertor failed after 10 years when I accidentally plugged the aircon into the sensitive devices circuit. It was only the internal blade fuse, after replacing it and testing for two hours, I'm pleased to report it lives on, exceptional product reliability. It's not much of a job to remove one end plate and access the fuse. Very happy with the product. Ordered an 1100 so I have a backup circuit as well

the batteries l brought to day from Waveinverter , were to replace the last batteries l brought from Waveinverter, 8 years ago , with good battery management they last , they are heavy , solid batteries , and best of all , they are good value , not over priced as most dealers on trademe , making promises about quality to make you pay through the nose . If you're wanting good unbiased advice, I'd recommend you talk with Dave . On several occasions now , I've had the need to ring and talk with him. Perfect advice . What a change from some of the crap responses I've had dealing with people that have not a bloody idea of what they're selling , what the specifications are , or how to fix it when it fails , let alone no after sales service. I have received good advice for my solar set up and the Batteries and other items I have bought from Waveinverter has been of very good quality and very reliable.

Now I know where to ask first for any power related products. I needed a Battery for my UPS and found a quality battery with guarantee for the same price as "Budget" offerings from other suppliers.

What can be said about dealing with WaveInverter. Their customer service is 2nd to none. Communication via email was quickly replied too & friendly. David is a LEGEND!! Made everything from dealing from product exchange, though to courier pick-up & delivery. Wouldn't hesitate to deal with again. AAA++

After some great technical support from Waveinverter, I upgraded to a NPS1100 12v inverter as some inverters don't like appliance switch on power surges . This is running a small freezer off grid 24/7 using 300Ah of Lithium batteries. Inverter working well with no issues. I initially connected batteries to inverter with resistor current limiting. Monitoring output with WIFI using P110 energy meter. Would definitely buy from them again.

I've been using UPS' for over 20 years. The Nomad range of Gel Cell battery for my UPS are the best brand I have ever used. Waveinverter prices are cheaper than other companies and their Nomad batteries come with a five-year warranty (most others are only two years). I've just replaced two Nomad batteries that I bought from Waveinverter eight years ago, so that is a brilliant life for a gel cell battery running 24/7 in a UPS. I highly recommend Waveinverter.
