We have used Wong for three renovations and his communication and team's workmanship are great. (especially tiling) And should something not be exactly as I want, he works quickly and efficiently to rectify it with no complaint. He replies to messages very promptly, all his team are very polite and respectful, and this week Wong organised a skip very last minute for me which I very much appreciated. To top it all off his prices are great with no sudden extras. Highly recommended.

Wong and his team were always on time, efficient and very hard working. They tiled the whole bathroom, floor to ceiling in 2 days, including grouting. The whole bathroom was complete in 4 days and that's with the drying time between waterproofing. We are very happy with the tiling and if we move house and need tiling done in the future, Wong will be my first call!

I LOVE our bathroom. I was somewhat cautious as Wong's quote was so much more reasonable than the many others I got. I thought there must be a catch. BUT the finished job is fabulous, particularly the tiling. Once I realised his best form of communication was What's App he was very responsive and kept me informed of the tradespeople's movements. He resolved any issues that arose in a timely and communicative manner. We will definitely use him again for other projects.

Wong just finished our bathroom and laundry area flooring repair, all plumbing replacement and installation of shower box, vanity and laundry tub. He is the most responsive contractor ever, be it day or night, weekdays or weekends, he will respond to every queries. His plumber is very professional, fast and skillful. Wong and his team did an excellent job for underfloor heating and tiling. He was clear of he would go about doing his job, availability, timeline and a fixed pricing. His contractor was on time and fast. The underfloor heating works without a hitch. He also organized a painting contractor without any commission. He is available on the mobile and answered all our queries using txt and calls. Even after the install he was available to come give a hand for some other remedial work. Thanks Wong.

His quoted price was better than others and the completion time was 3 weeks, not 6-8 like another company advised. I had an urgent job in the CBD and after ringing several contractors, only Wongs was willing to do the work for a reasonable price. Most contractors refuse to work in the city because of lack of parking, but Wongs was very flexible and they were amazing in terms of quality and finish. Highly recommended!
