n*****e (702 Wednesday, 8 June 2016rang first thing in morning ph rang went to answer ph saying to leave message and will get back to me asap,left message saying a entrance door glass had been broken and i had rang him cos he is local to where i live,been waiting all day for a call back its now 6pm and have not heard a thing,least of all a ph call to say am too busy for a small job or something as being a door its a security risk to the house
Trader responded Wednesday, 8 June 2016Sorry about that but you shouldn't jump to conclusions, I am extremely busy and cant always answer phone while working, only home now going through messages and contacting people, if so urgent why not call other companies, why wait to 6pm? I wouldn't have and rang around. but hopefully you do have it sorted.
