Very happy indeed. We installed 2 Daikin units in the office. They quoted very fast and they had the best price. They installed the units in due time, and they did an excellent job. Tidy and clean, very careful with the electrical connections, etc. Highly recommended, very nice people to work with.

An amazing experience dealing with Absolute Cool. Joshua came on Sunday p.m. and quoted a 7.1 heat pump. It was installed a few days after the quote. The installers were quick & efficient and knew the product and installation requirements well. They took away all the packaging and off-cuts and cleaned up the inside and outside as if no work had been completed. Product manufacturer rang during install and I could sense a smile on the other end of phone when I said it will be going in 1 hour.

What else I can say. Yes all the reviews are 100% correct. The only thing I can add is - I talked to Joshua and as usual he responded straightaway, visited my place on time, apart from supplier's hitch ( non availability don't know still arranged the heat pumps on time ) and last but not least when his team was installing the heat pumps I was busy. They finished everything on time and gone - like do good and forget. I don't know about others but whenever I need another one these are I Guys ...

I came across the company on Trade me, and decided to go with them for three reasons: 1. I got the best deal. 2. Extremely positive reviews on Trademe. 3. The one that swayed me- this company has been doing heat pump installations for my local 100% Electrical store, so I knew I could trust them. Would definitely use them again for a pump in another room.

Joshua is a very good guy to deal with, listens and then advises accordingly. I needed the heat pump moved and the job was done in an efficient and professional manner, very good workmanship, no hesitation in recommending.
