p*******1 (40 Thursday, 26 September 2019Nice guys. Neil and his team did a roof paint for us a few years ago. The boys did a quick job and walked over the roof with intense water blasting. We asked for opinion on roof at the time but were told roof was good. Days after job was done the roof collapsed with heavy rain. They came back and patched the leak spot with a bit of silicone but it has costed $2,500 to remedy the ongoing problem. I advised Neil of this and he was unwilling to take responsibility putting onus on the boys.

Toby, Tom, and Jackson are very good at their job and we don't take shortcuts. There was no evidence the roof was unfit for painting. We experienced extreme weather after your job with torrid rain and winds gusting over 100 kph. Many roofs in Auckland were badly damaged. However we will take responsibility. Our insurance company has been notified and if the claim is unsuccessful we will pay you the $2500.
