Doesn't even have the decency to acknowledge or answer to emails or message. Sent him an email to get a quote for new house drainage but didn't get any response, so after waiting for a couple of weeks tried to call - was shocked to here that he deleted the email as he is too busy! Wow, how about taking your add of Trade me if you are too busy and cannot take the new job or at list have the courtesy to respond to the emails so that customer can make other arrangements. To many jobs so don't care

A water leak had to be fixed in the common area of a set of flats. The old pipes were buried in concrete. Richard did a great job carefully drilling to break the concrete without causing any further damage to pipes, fixed the problem, and patched up the damaged work. He was prompt, and explained what was needed throughout the job, without any surprises. It would have been great if Richard cleared the mess created, but he was pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend Richard. Thanks.
