This is the second time that I've used Reuben.This time I had water coming in a window and I thought it was a broken flashing. Reuben looked found a blocked upper gutter causing water to overflow into panel causing the water leak He fixed it in about 10 minutes and didn't want payment. Of course I gave him something, and once again I couldn't recommend him more highly.
