Our Kwila is stored in a dry shed. Wrapped up and protected from the elements.

Kwila is yellow-brown to dark red-brown in colour. Kwila has a course interlocked grain and commonly features yellow mineral deposits. It is a nonsiliceous, sometimes lustrous—timber ‘bleeds’ when wet producing a dark red-brown stain.
